Alex received his PhD in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology, from the Florida Institute of Technology (FIT), and specialized in the studies of leadership and motivation.
His research & work has been utilized by organizations, CEOs, and professionals across industries.
Outside of work, Alex believes in exploring new experiences, staying physically active, enjoying time with his family, and playing musical instruments.
